计算机教育国际会议是由亚太计算机教育协会(Asia-Pacific Society for Computers in Education, APSCE)发起和主办,是国际计算机教育领域最有权威和影响力的年度学术会议之一。该会议面向亚太地区的教育中计算机应用研究的机构和学者开展学术交流,经过20多年的发展,目前已发展为全球性的计算机教育应用学术会议。自召开以来,除2006年在北京师范大学召开以外,该会议一直在全球各地召开,包括日本、新加波、台湾和美国等地区。2015年,经过我校教育科学与技术学院积极申报,第23届计算机教育国际会议由我校承办,北京师范大学和华中师范大学联合承办,会议将在杭州召开。大会官网:icce2015.cap.escience.cn
本会议境外参会代表多、来自全球各个地区,扩大我校国际影响力。经过前期的筹备,目前该会议已有全球286名注册参会代表,240学者完成在线付费注册。其中,台湾68名,日本54名,泰国28名,欧盟地区11名,新加坡8,澳洲9名,东南亚其他地区18名,印度7名、美洲地区5名。
该会议在杭州召开时间共5天,11月30日和12月1日是会议工作坊,12月2日至12月4日是会议的主会议和分论坛,共有4个主题报告和3个特邀报告。12月2日上午9:00-10:00是会议的开幕式。会议的主要程序见附表。
