    Professor Hui, is the Academic Discipline Leader of Construction & Real Estate Economics, Award Coordinator (4-year curriculum FT) for BSc(Hons) Property Management in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is thechief editor of Habitat International, one of the most influential journals in the field of urban studies. His research focused on housing studies, project appraisal, economic analysis, property management, and real estate investment and finance. He has published a large number of high quality research in influential journals, including Land Use Policy, Landscape and Urban Planning. His research has been cited withbbin电子 than 2000inGoogle Scholar, with aH index of 28. In addition, the Chief Executive of Hong Kong SAR has awarded Prof. Hui in this year’s (2015) Honours list. He is presented theMedal of Honour (MH)for his dedicated public service, particularly his contributions to the Town Planning Board and the surveying sector.
